This June, Empty Hand, Open Hearts is partnering with City Missions and East Plano Martial Arts for a Men's Health Month Donation Drive. Help support men in need by donating gently used clothing and essential hygiene items through June 30. Together, we can provide dignity, encouragement, and practical resources to members of our community facing difficult circumstances.

We are honored to be recognized as Nonprofit of the Month by City Lifestyle Magazine. This recognition shines a light on the important work of empowering survivors of domestic abuse and sex trafficking through trauma-informed self-defense training.
