Tracy's self defense class is ideal for girls heading off to college, equipping them with essential safety skills. By participating, attendees will be supporting the Empty Hand Open Heart charity, which provides self defense and karate training in women's abuse shelters. This class not only prepares young women for new environments but also helps empower those in need through valuable contributions.

About the Founder

Tracy
Dickey

During her own recovery journey, Tracy became active in training in traditional Isshinryu karate. Twenty-one years of training has earned her a 5th degree black belt and the title of Renshi which means Polished Instructor, above even the esteemed title of Sensei.
